Exchange Policy

Flojos is a wholesale manufacturer, therefore our policy is different than our authorized dealers. We only offer exchanges for new/unworn or manufacture defective items for exchange only.All exchanges must have been purchased through Flojos.com website. If your purchase was made in store, you will be directed to make your return to that store location.All exchanges need to be completed within 30 days from the original purchase date.If you are unsure of the fit or feel, please try, and wear your sandals on carpet to avoid getting the soles dirty. 

Sandals that have been worn/used may not be exchanged.

TO START AN EXCHANGE:

Please email us with the below information: Customer Name Order Number (If your purchased was made on our website) Email and phone number where you can be reached Style, color, and size of the item(s) you would like to return Style, color, and size of the item(s) you would like to have in exchange Flojos

Customer Service will send you an email within 1-2 business days, advising instructions and a return authorization number for returning the item(s).  

*Customers are responsible for shipping charges for merchandise returned to Flojos. [Shipping charges are non-refundable.]

*Exchange packages leaving our facility, ship out at Flojos' expense.

Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after receipt of the return package at our warehouse.

Please tell us your order number, the items your are returning (size, and color) and the items you want to receive in exchange (size and color).
