Women's Beach Vacation Packing List + 5 Essentials You Can't Forget
When it comes to beach vacations, 57 percent of global travelers take a beach vacation for many reasons. You get to relax on the sand or take a dip in the beautiful blue water.  There is one part of a beach vacation that most people dread and that's packing for the trip. You'll need to decide how many outfits will be appropriate depending on how many days you're staying. You also may want to bring a few swimsuits so you have options.  There are a few essentials that some people forget to pack before they get to the beach. Keep reading for a guide to women's beach vacation packing list as well as five essentials you can't forget.

1. Beach Towels

No matter if your beach vacation is at the ocean or the lake, you're going to want to relax a bit on the shore. What better way to do that than with a giant beach towel? You may want to bring a few beach towels for your trip because you'll need one to sit on and one to dry off with if you get in the water.  Some people overlook bringing a beach towel when they're packing for their trip. If you're staying in a hotel, then they might be able to provide you with a beach towel but you're better safe than sorry. Bringing a giant beach towel will make your relaxing time so much better.

2. Flip Flops or Sandals

One essential item that you don't want to forget when you're packing for your beach vacation is your flip flops or sandals. These will be your number one source of footwear while you're soaking up the rays. Flojos has the perfect flip flops and sandals for your beach vacation.  If you've ever walked on hot sand in the middle of summer, then you know you're going to want a pair of shoes to protect the bottom of your feet. You should also make sure that your flip flops are comfortable so you can wear them all day. You might be walking around a lot to take in the scenery so you will want comfortable walking shoes.

3. Waterproof Phone Case

An item that you may not think you will need on your beach vacation is a waterproof phone case. This is a great item to bring because you'll never know when you'll be by the water with your phone. If your phone is in a waterproof phone case, then you won't have to worry about it getting wet because it will be protected.  When it comes to choosing a waterproof phone case you might be interested in one that lets you take your phone underwater. This would be awesome for underwater pictures on the beach. These phone cases are also better in case you were to drop your phone in the ocean or lake. You will know that it is protected.

4. Sunscreen

Sunscreen is a huge necessity when it comes to your beach vacation. If you do forget sunscreen, then you might be able to purchase some from a store by the beach. But the price of sunscreen at a tourist destination is much more expensive than if you just bought it from a store by your house.  Make sure you bring sunscreen with a high SPF and enough so you can reapply it often throughout the day. You will also want to make sure that your sunscreen is reef-safe as a lot of the other sunscreens contain harmful chemicals.  Don't forget your face or the tops of your feet when applying sunscreen. If you're planning on taking long walks on the beach, then the tops of your feet are at risk of burning. This is incredibly painful and can make your fun relaxing vacation a nightmare.

5. Filtered Refillable Water Bottle

If you plan on spending countless hours out in the sun, then you will want to make sure that you stay hydrated. The best way to stay hydrated is by bringing a refillable water bottle that also contains a filter so you can fill up on the go.  There are tons of different filtered water bottles so you will be sure to find one that will fit your vacation lifestyle. They're great for anyone who is on the go or for anyone who wants clean and safe water wherever they are. Plastic water bottles are bad for the environment, they take up space in your beach bag, and take a long time to decompose if left behind.

Basic Beach Vacation Packing List

When it comes to going on a beach vacation there are some basic things you will need. Make sure your outfits are flowy so you won't be too hot and can get a bit of a breeze. You may also want to wear your swimsuit underneath your regular clothes.  You will want to make sure you bring an outfit for each day even if it means re-wearing a few pieces. Also, remember that you'll be on the beach for most of your trip so you can incorporate your swimsuit into these outfits.  When it comes to swimsuits you can never have too many.
